Wonderful Nippon Handled Dish with the Morimura Mark

This is a very pretty dish with the most unusual shape. It has beautiful hand painted roses and Moriage details. It would look great in any room as a trinket or candy dish or just a wonderful display item. The piece bears the Morimura Nippon Mark and is also marked Hand painted.

This piece is in great shape. You would never guess it was over a hundred years old. There is age appropriate wear on the gold highlights of the handles and there is one dark dot along the edge from production (please see pics). No cracks, chips, or crazing have been observed. A really cool piece.
