Opalescent Teacups Made in Germany

This set of cups is really unique. There is a lot going on with them. The portrait of a young woman is framed by gold and a bow on the front. There is a crisscross design (almost like bamboo) and an opalescent look on the rest of the cup. Plus the cups have great little feet. The cups have a square shape. Both cups are marked "Made in Germany" on the bottom.

Both cups show age related wear. The cup with the blond woman has more extensive wear including a spot on her nose and loss of color on the gold and design. Please review the pics. No cracks, chips, or crazing have been observed. There is a little extra spot of porcelain on the rim of one cup which causes a little roughness on the rim but is very small (please see pics).
