Pretty Hand painted Syracuse China Shelledge Plate

This plate is signed by the artist below the makers mark on the back. Please see pictures.

This plate is in good condition. There is a little dimple from the manufacturing process but no chips or cracks. It does have some light grey lines on it; possibly rub marks? I only rinsed and dried this plate and did not use any cleaners or pressure on the painted area. A deeper cleaning may or may not benefit these marks. I provided a photo of the plate lit from the front so that you can see that these lines are not cracks. They do not go through the plate to the back.
