Gerold Porzellan Mother Bird and Chicks Trinket Dish Made in Western Germany

This very elegant trinket dish will cheer up any spot. It is adorned with a mother bird and her two chicks. The piece is done in a white glaze which is very pleasing and eye catching. This piece could serve as a trinket dish, soap dish, or on a desk for little items.

This piece would date prior to 1990 as it is marked West Germany.

The dish is in very good condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing have been observed. There is a little bump on the tip of the tail. This little extra piece of porcelain has a rougher texture on the tip. It is not very noticeable unless you feel the area. There is also a little bump under the mother bird. I have included pics of each spot. They are just from the manufacturing process.
